What am I doing now?

Well actually right now Elsa high school actually has a school trip to Israel. But I really didn't want to go. So we actually thought that it was better for me to stay here in Hong Kong, because I need to catch up  in some math for Island school and I need to get started with my Swedish lessons. Plus that if I would go I would come home only a few days before I started at Island school and I would have been jet lagged. So instead we decided I would stay here catch up on my math, get started with my Swedish lessons and I wouldn't be jet lagged, in stead I would have rested and stuff and be more ready to start in my new school!

Zipper Earphones

Hello! I got these zipper earphones from my dad's colleague/friend as a present. Because when we were in New Zealand, they stayed in our apartment because they were visiting Hong Kong, but they live in Beijing I think. So they left presents for us, as thanks for letting them stay in our apartment I guess. I think the earphones are quite cool actually.

Changing school

I'm actually going to change school. I'm not going to go to Elsa High School anymore, but instead I'm going to go to Island School. Which is a much much bigger school then Elsa. I went there to do a test last Tuesday, then on Friday I went there to go to (sort of like) an interview and I got toured around the school. I got really happy because when you got the (sort of like) interview it meant that you had passed the test, so I was happy :) Now you may wonder why am I changing school? And in the middle of the term too? Well Elsa High School isn't such a big school and so the social part of it isn't so good. I've gone to Elsa High School for a bit longer then two years, and it has been fun there too, but now I feel that I'm ready to go to a bigger school with a bigger social life and stuff. I'm starting at Island School the 10th of March. Of course I'm nervous but I'm happy too!

Weirdo blog

As you can see posts that I have published before are being published again. For some weird reason, I was trying to label my posts and then all of a sudden some posts gets published again. If somebody knows how to fix it please please comment, I'll try to fix it other wise we'll just have to live with it.

My Sunday

Around a bit after noon we left to a basket ball court, where we were meeting up with some other people that we were going to have brunch with. When we arrived there my mum's friend with her husband were already there and we all chatted a bit, later some of our family friends came. We all started chatting and playing basket ball, I didn't actually play so much of basket ball but we were some people standing in a circle passing around the ball (it is a ball game but I don't know what it is called in English) . After quite some time we walked to the restaurant where we were going to have brunch called Oolaa I think. They had such good things for brunch! My brother and I shared a New York bagel and pancakes with ice cream. It was super good! We stayed there for quite along time too, afterwards my family and I went back to the basket ball court because my brother wanted to play some more basket ball (well more of passing the ball around haha). Later we all walked home. We ate some dinner later, and then we were off to a bar because we wanted to see the ice hockey final between Sweden and Canada. We had to go to the bar because you have to have this special channel or the right to have that channel on your tv or something like that, which we didn't have. When we came to the bar, it was full of course. But then apparently our family friends had that tv channel. (btw our family friends are the same ones we went hiking with about a month ago) So we went to there place to look at it, funnily enough the dad and the son were at the bar but the mum and daughter were home. Sadly Canada won:( But all in all it was a good Sunday!

Saturday with my brother

Yesterday when it was Saturday, I spent most of it with my brother. In the morning we took it easy, I watched PLL and stuff. In the afternoon my brother and I went down to Central, to Starbucks to have a coffee. When we came back we went to the club house's play room. It was nice to spend some time alone with my brother! Do you guys have any siblings?

Abel Tasman-New Zealand

The next day in Auckland we took a plane to a place called Nelson on the other island. Where we rented a car which we had all the time when we were on the other island. So we drove for about 1-2 hours to Abel Tasman national park, where we stayed for three nights and two days. We rented a cute little cottage just about 10-15 minutes outside the national park. The man we rented the cottage from had a beautiful garden with flowers, tomatoes, tangerines, lemons and plums and even chickens and hens. The first day we walked five km to a beach called Apple tree beach I think. The nature there was really cool, it was like a rainforest but it still  had pine trees and things like that, it was very special. All the nature on New Zealand was cool and beautiful! So we walked there and we walked back. My brother walked almost the whole way there and back I thought that was very well done of him since he is only five years old. We went back to the cottage to shower and stuff, then we went to a café/restaurant called 'The park café, the first and last' to eat dinner. The next day we walked about 3 km to a beach to swim, because the one we had been to the day before had been very windy and it had been quite a cold day that day. So we went to swim and the second day was warmer so it was nice! On our way back I slipped on loose gravel, and scratched me leg really badly :( It is better now but is still have a scab. We went to eat dinner at a place that was very near our cottage called 'The Fat Tui'. Where they served gigantic hamburgers, they were super good! Afterwards we went back to the cottage to pack and stuff, since we were leaving the next day.

Hello! On Valentine's day instead of giving me a present or so, my mum sent me this email where it said that four kids had been given school packages. So basically my mum had donated money and that money had gone to four kids school packages. Which I thought was very nice of her, so instead of giving me a present, she gave something to kids that really need it. I think that it is actually a really good present because, then you know that you have given something to someone that needs it better than yourself. I think that was actually the best Valentine's present I could have gotten! I'm not saying you have to donate money or give it as a present to someone, but if you don't know what to give someone it is actually a pretty good present. For example for somebody's birthday present, you can always donate money to people that actually need it, and then write for example a letter to the person saying that you did it, and I think that person will be really happy knowing that someone who is less fortunate then you got something.

Moi Saturday

Hello! How has everyones Saturday been? For me it has actually been a really, what do you say, slow Saturday. I did some homework, sorted a lot and I mean a lot of photos, fixed in my room and watched series. Quite a nice but slow Saturday if you ask me. My mouth is better, I'm getting used to the Herbst so now I can eat more things than soup haha. But now I have blisters which hurts a lot. If any of you have any suggestions or ideas for posts that I can do, then please comment!

Auckland-New Zealand

Now I will tell you guys what we did in Auckland in New Zealand.
(Just to say, most of the pictures that are going to be in these New Zealand posts are taken by me)

Auckland

We were in Auckland for two nights and about two days I think. We arrived there late afternoon, then we went to check in at the hotel, and out to eat lunch (it was lunch for us since we were jet lagged). Then we walked around for a bit in Auckland. After that we went to the hotel to go to bed since we were jet lagged. The next day, we took a boat to an island not so far away from Auckland. Where walked around because there was quite a lot of nature. We were supposed to look at some wine yards I think, but unfortunately they had already closed. So we went to a beach near by (it was too cold to swim so we didn't swim) we just walked on the beach. After we had walked by the beach we went to eat early dinner at a restaurant. When we came back to the hotel, my brother, dad and I went to the sort of roof top of the hotel to swim in a jacuzzi they had there.
