Hong Kong to Shanghai

On Friday evening my family and I leave for Shanghai! We will stay there until Tuesday. I don't know how much wifi I'll have there thought, but hopefully I will have some, but I'll update anyway as soon as I get back to Hong Kong. My parents want to go there to show my brother and I Shanghai and also the place where they met which is a bit outside of Shanghai. (Note: my parents are both Swedish, don't get confused) I'm excited, I will hopefully be able to bring my camera to take photos to show you guys yaaaay!

Surfing

These photos are such super, amazing photos from tumblr, that I put into a collage. When we were in Hawaii I learnt how to surf!!!!(The rest of my family did too) It was so much fun! I really want to surf more, more, more. I loved it, I could just do it for the rest of my life. I thought I wouldn't be able to even stand up, but I did! I probably stood up for 90% of the time which is good as it was my first time ever surfing. We took two surfing lessons in Hawaii. Hopefully I can surf again soon and learn how to do more tricks ;) In the bottom photo on the left of the photos on my blog collage that I have as my header, you can see a photo of me surfing. (I will post more about Hawaii so don't worry)

I wonder

I wonder why we care so much about how we look? Because we're all beautiful just as we are. There are people who love you for who you are, and there will be people who will love you for who you are too. Why do you guys think we care so much about how we look? Leave a comment.

A sign?

I have come to the realisation that most of my favourite characters from books, always have a bow and arrow. For example Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games, Legolas from The Hobbit and The Lord of The Rings and Susan from Narnia. Maybe it's a sign that I should start doing archery? I actually think it would be really fun to learn archery. So hopefully I will soon :)

This is the view from my bedroom window, a couple of days ago! It's so amazing! Hopefully I can show you guys photos of how it looks like at night, because at night it looks even more amazing. Today it's a lot more foggy than it is in the pictures.

Nutella to be gone at the end of 2015

Apparently people are saying Nutella won't be available after 2015. Some people say it's because they have too many competitors and some people say it's because of hazelnut shortage.
Here is a link to an article that talks about it. (I don't know how reliable the article/source is thought, I just saw it on Facebook when some of my friends shared it) My mom thinks the whole "Nutella will be gone after 2015" is fake and that  they only want people to buy more Nutella. I'm not sure what to believe, but I hope it's fake and Nutella will keep existing. What do you guys think? Real or fake?

Sixties clothes

I think sixties clothes were some of the coolest clothes. Just look at all the colors and designs! What do you guys think about sixties clothes?

School uniform

I really enjoy wearing school uniform. Because then you don't have to worry about what other people wear and there is no designer clothes competition etc. When you look at a person you don't see their clothes you see the person behind it. The soul. If I tell people I love having school uniform either they say "that's so cool" and things like that. But some people say "isn't it so boring and how do you express yourself?" Here is the answer to that question: After a while you don't think about it and it just becomes so natural. Especially since you don't spend time thinking what to wear for school and what others are wearing. It doesn't get boring because you can still wear your own clothes on weekends and on casual dress days and you can wear jewelry etc. People can still express themselves by wearing their own jewelry, hairstyles and schoolbags. Of course there will still be people who wear makeup (as wear aloud to wear a little makeup) and maybe have designer school bags. But it's still a lot better than not having school uniform at all.

I got so happy when I heard He for She was starting! It meant that now, it wasn't only women who could help to have gender equality. But now both men and women can contribute and do their parts, so that we will be able to live in a world where gender equality exists!!

Men and women doing the same job should get the same salary!

I saw this video on Facebook where this woman realizes that she gets paid less for doing the same job as a man. I got so upset and angry about it!! Of course I already knew that women and men do not get paid the same amount of money for doing the same job. But it still hit me right in the heart, because it is sad and unfair that it should be this way. I truly hope that in the future, women and men will get the same salary for doing the same job! I am proud of who I am, I am proud of being a woman!! I will fight so that women can get equal rights in this world. I think more people should join us. But I am still VERY happy that more and more people are becoming aware and helping to change it, so that one day men and women can live equally!

-Hearing someone say you made their day (for me it immediately makes my day too)

First day back in school

Today it was my first day back to school after my Easter break. I don't think anyone can be ready to go back to school after a school holiday/break hahaha. My day was quite good. I do fencing as P.E which I don't actually really enjoy, shhhhhhh don't tell hahaha no it's not a secret, you can tell anyone about it. But I didn't have to do fencing because I wasn't there last time and so I didn't know how to do electrical fencing, so I was like "yesssss best fencing lesson ever' to my friend who also does fencing.
In the afternoon I walked down to Central from my school with my two friends  because I had a dentist appointment. When we walked down to Central, my friends and I laughed a lot, which we did most of the time in school as well, which was so fun and awesome. I LOVE to laugh, it's like the best thing ever! Doesn't everyone just love to have a laugh? Anyway at my dentist, my dentist accidentally dropped glue on my hair, so now I have sticky, glued hair! Yaaaaaay so fun having sticky hair, hahahah. Not. (Just so you know I have a weird sense of humor which I use a lot, I also use sarcasm a lot, I love my sense of humor and to use sarcasm, so you better be able to live with the two of them if you're going to read my blog heheh I hope I didn't scare away any readers now, oops) How was your Monday? When did you get back to school?
