New Zealand

Thursday, January 30, 2014

Hello! I've been in New Zealand for a week now, I haven't really been able to update because the wifi isn't so good here. We landed in Auckland about a week ago we stayed there for about two days then we flew to the South island to a place called Nelson, and we stayed a bit outside Nelson for about three days, and yesterday we drove to a place called Blenheim where we're going to be today! I will update more about New Zealand with great pictures when I get back, so stay tuned. Happy Chinese New Year! The Chinese New Year is today, and my classmates got their Chinese new Year holiday yesterday. Do you guys have any special holiday right now or something that is coming up? I have  Chinese New Year holiday since I live in Hong Kong, and I know in Sweden we have a holiday called like "Sports Holiday" haha, well it is like a holiday when you go skiing and things like that.

International Hug Day

Wednesday, January 22, 2014

Hello! I think it was International Hug Day yesterday or if it was today hehe! Or is there even such thing as an International Hug Day? Haha sorry I've only heard, that it is supposed to be International Hug Day, so I'm not very sure if it something like that and if it is today, sorry. But if there is such a thing as International Hug Day then I just want to send you guys a *computer hug* and thanks to each and every single one of you who goes on my blog :) Because it gives me motivation to keep on blogging!

This is also a photo from we hear it, but edited by me.

Tuesday!

Hello! How was everyones Tuesday? Mine was quite good. I have assessments/projects that I have to work on but it is ok. I also had CCA, which was the last photography CCA for me. Since I'll be in New Zealand next week, and when we come back from the Chinese New Year break, there will be a new term for CCA and we will all have new and different CCAs. Today I also had my first Swedish lesson during my free lesson. You may wonder why I have Swedish since I live in Hong Kong? Well it is because I speak English everyday, and it is not like I forget Swedish but I need to have a good Swedish grade when we move back to get into, like sort of high schools (Sorry that wasn't so well explained but I still hope you guys kind of understood what I said).

A picture taken from we heart it, but edited by me in photoshop.

Sunday Hike

Monday, January 20, 2014

Yesterday, which was Sunday. Some family friends, my family and I went hiking! It wasn't such a tough hike, but it was fun and the weather was nice. We hiked for about two hours I think, then we came to a place named Stanley. (If you live in Hong Kong you'll know what I mean). Well anyways we went to Stanley to have quite a late lunch. We saw this woman who you could adopt puppies from. Apparently she had found them near the old Hong Kong airport. There were three of them, I guess she was giving them out because she couldn't take care of three puppies. Even though I'm not the greatest dog person (It is not that I don't like dogs, it is just that I'm not the biggest dog person), they were amazingly cute! Sadly I don't have any pictures of them. After the late lunch we went home. It was a nice Sunday!

Instagram&Twitter

Saturday, January 18, 2014

Hello! As you can see in my new design I have two social icons, one that links to my twitter which I haven't actually used so much for some weird reason. I only used it for a Humanities project. But I was thinking of maybe updating a bit more there. The second one is my Instagram, I post quite a lot of pictures on Instagram. I have mine on private but I accept most people.

In one week

Hello! How's 2014 doing so far ? For me, 2014 so far has been very up and down for the past few weeks. Soon Chinese New Year is coming up, fun! I have one week of Chinese New Year holiday, but I took one more week off for Chinese New Year, because we are going to New Zealand! So in exactly one week I'll be in New Zealand, exciting! We're going to be traveling around New Zealand, we're also going to see my cousin Julius, because since he graduated in June I think, he is now working and traveling around in New Zealand.

A picture from summer, not very suitable I know but still quite a nice picture.

New design and header

Hello! This actually my first post for 2014, exciting! As you can see I have a new design and header for my blog! I like this design and header much much better then the last one. Somehow this design makes my blog a bit more personal and it looks nicer. Now you can also subscribe by email, search in the blog and go to my instagram and twitter.
What do you guys think about my new design and header? I'd love to know!

The rest

Tuesday, January 7, 2014

Hello! Remember how like long long ago I said that I was going to tell you guys more about what we did in Macau? Well so I haven't forgotten, and I was thinking of doing it now, I know I know it was long ago but better late then never right?
So if you guys want to read what more we did in Macau, which I have explained in two other posts, you can click here and here.
Ok so after we had had lunch, which was a buffet. We went to swim in one of the pools at the hotel. Since it was a bit cold, we choose the pool that was heated. Mostly we just hung by the pool for the rest of the afternoon. Later our helper came, because my parents were going for a dinner and that was mainly the reason we were invited to Macau. Ok so later in the evening my parents went to dinner and my helper took care of my brother and I. The next day which was Sunday, we started the day by eating hotel breakfast (quite obvious right?). Around noon we checked out of the hotel, and went to have lunch with my dad's friend who is chief over about 800 cooks, at one of the big hotels in Macau. So we had lunch with my dad's friend, his family and guy who kind of works with my dad and that guy's dad. So we had this super lunch! After the lunch we had to hurry a bit to the Macau Grand Prix. We came there just in time, and we had good tickets because we had VIP tickets. Even thought I'm not that into cars it was fun to watch, and I do think my brother enjoyed it! When the race was over we stayed there and talked to my dad's friend and all of them. Then we took the ferry home. So that was basically my weekend in Macau!
